These terms apply when you use augustmoon.in or buy from us. Please read them with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy, which form part of these terms. If anything here conflicts with your rights under Indian consumer law, the law wins.

1. Who we are

augustmoon.in is run by August Moon Private Limited (CIN U47912HR2026PTC151849, GSTIN 06ABHCA0128J1ZX), registered office Unit No 309-A, 3rd Floor, SAS Tower-A, Sector 38, Gurgaon 122001, Haryana. You can reach us at info@augustmoon.in or on WhatsApp +91 84477 71334.

2. Using the site

You can browse without an account. Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful. If you create an account, keep your login details safe, because orders placed from your account are treated as yours.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Some images are styled or representative, and we label them. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and natural cotton can vary a little from batch to batch. The measurements and fabric details on each product page are the reference. If what arrives is not what the page described, our Refund policy applies.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Any shipping charge is shown before you pay. We accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards and net banking through our payment partner). Cash on delivery is not available. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation. If a product is shown at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel that order. We will tell you why and refund you in full straight away.

5. Orders and availability

We may limit quantities per order, and we may decline orders that look like resale or bulk purchases made through the website. For bulk, custom or corporate orders, please use our bulk orders page or write to info@augustmoon.in. If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable after you pay, we will tell you and refund you in full. We won't substitute another product without asking you.

6. Delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy. In short: you can cancel free of charge before dispatch, and if your order arrives damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete, you choose a replacement or a full refund.

7. Offers and discount codes

Each offer has its own terms, shown with the offer. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and usually cannot be combined unless the offer says so. We honour any code that was valid when you placed your order.

8. Reviews and what you send us

When you post a review or photos, you confirm they are your own and honest, and you allow us to show them on our site and social channels with your chosen name. We publish genuine reviews, including critical ones. We remove only content that is abusive, unlawful, unrelated or reveals someone's personal details. We never write or buy reviews.

9. Our content

The August Moon name, logo, product names, photographs, videos and text on this site belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Sharing a link to a product is always welcome.

10. Our responsibility

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, as described, and for the remedies in our Refund policy and under Indian law. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for delays caused by events outside our control (for example natural disasters, strikes or courier network shutdowns). If such an event affects your order, we'll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law.

11. Complaints

Write to our Grievance Officer, Amit Anand, at info@augustmoon.in or on WhatsApp +91 84477 71334. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. You can also contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in).

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
