Where we deliver

Across India, to every pin code our courier partners serve. If your pin code isn't serviceable, we'll tell you before you pay.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000.
• ₹299 on orders of ₹1,000 or below.

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment

All orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 10 working days, pan-India. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. You'll get a tracking link by WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.

Delays

If your order is late beyond 10 working days for reasons within our control, you may cancel it for a full refund, or keep it. It's your choice. Delays caused by events outside anyone's control (such as natural disasters, strikes or government restrictions) will be communicated promptly.

Receiving your order

Please don't accept a parcel that looks tampered with or badly damaged. Refuse it, or note the damage with the courier, and WhatsApp us a photo. We recommend recording a short video while opening your parcel; it helps us resolve any issue quickly.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available after courier attempts, we'll contact you to arrange delivery again.
